Terms and Conditions
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
 
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible; insurance can be purchased during check out. If Insurance is purchased during checkout it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company for loss/damage etc. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
 
  • In-Stock order are shipped within 24-48 hours
  • We strive to ship Pre-orders within 4-5 days
  • Shipping will be by USPS, no signature required
  • Insurance is optional and must be selected during check out

Warranty
All devices purchased through cellplatinum.com are used and/or refurbished unless noted otherwise. All phones carry a 75 day warranty against manufacturers defects, but does not provide warranty coverage for any damage from misuse or accident by the user, for example a device gets wet, lost, or stolen, physical damage such as broken screens or accessories are also not covered.

 
Refund/Return Policy
Non-Defective Returns
Customer has 14 days from item receipt to return the item for a refund.
  • Item must be returned in the exact condition it is received in.
  • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
  • Buyer is liable for any damage during return shipping.
  • If an item is lost during shipping from buyer back to seller, the seller is not responsible. 
  • If an item is damaged in transit back to seller no refund will be issued, instead the device will be sent back to buyer.
  • All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Returns
Refer to our warranty section above.
  • Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint.
  • If an item is damaged during shipping, by fault of the shipper, item will be replaced.
  • If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.
  • Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund.
  • If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
  • All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
 
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
 
Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team:admin@cellplatinum.com  There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
 
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
